Friendly advice:

In these previews of your LOWER REGIONS, you haven't mentioned who the publisher is. Or what page of PREVIEWS your book is solicited on. Or how much it is, or page count, or even what it's about (other than the fantasy sequence and the pun-tastic title).

These are... important! It wasn't until I saw you mention 'Chris and Brett' in the comments section that I could assume it was Top Shelf. It'd really be in your best interest to list the publisher and book info in every post (including the ones you've already made), so that when you tell people to go and ORDER YOUR BOOK, they can actually find it.

Thanks for the advice, Chris. I had mentioned it in earlier posts--or at least I thought I did, I'll have to double-check--but you're right in that it couldn't hurt to mention it every time. My only excuse is that I was thinking of this as a more casual forum, offering friends and other interested parties a look at what I had coming out, rather than a formal press release. I'm still getting the hang of this blogging stuff so I appreciate your patience--and help.

So, ps, funny story. Uhh, I was dragged to the 2006 heroes con by my bf, the guy with the comment above(zap199x), and I was never a giant comic fan, but I had you sign my program cause I was making everyone sign it. Then I read your books apparently out of order(tricked then BOP) and decided that you were super amazing and awesome and really liked your work. Not only is your art super awesome but your wife's involved in theatre and i just graduated with a b.a in theatre and pretty much decided that the two of you are amazing. And, that's all, I'll stop scaring you now. Just wanted to share.

That's awesome, Musicalmuah (I wanted to abbreviate that but to what? Musi? Musica?)! I've had people come up and ask me to autograph programs when they had no idea who I was, so I'm glad at least one of those people turn into a reader. Hopefully we will meet again when we hit Charlotte next year!
